Hi! I'm Jazmine, and welcome to the next generation of dental hygiene.

I am a proud Albuquerque native, a mother of two amazing sons, and a dental hygienist with over 13 years of experience in the dental field. I love what I do and the community I serve, which is why I've created this company—on my own terms.

My journey began at Pima Medical Institute in 2012, where I earned my dental assistant certificate. I returned and graduated in 2015 with an Associate in Applied Sciences in Dental Hygiene. Since then, I've been working full-time, gaining experience in both corporate and private practices. During COVID, I was offered a wonderful opportunity to become a clinical instructor at Pima—a full-circle moment that reignited my passion for teaching and training. This inspired me to combine my two passions: teaching and dental hygiene.

On a windy March afternoon, while waiting for my son's baseball practice to finish, The Smile and Co. was born.

I am overjoyed to give back to the community that has given me so much, to honor the mentors who supported me, and to pave the way for future generations of great hygienists. I'm so glad you're here.
